Uses the page main/article element when present; scripts, styles and (by default) nav/footer/sidebars are stripped. No headless browser, so JavaScript-only pages return little text (flagged with a hint). Honors robots.txt. Params: url (required), max_chars (500-100000, default 20000), links (true/false), include_nav, images, full_page (true/false). $0.001 per URL in USDC on Base or Solana. Not charged if the page fails, is blocked by robots.txt or is not HTML/text.

Returns sanctioned true/false per address, the SDN asset tags, list size and list update date (refreshed every 6 h). Use before an agent pays or accepts funds. Check an x402 endpoint BEFORE your agent pays it. Calls the URL unpaid, decodes the 402 offer (v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header or v1 body) and returns every payment option normalized: network, token, canonical-stablecoin check, human price in USD, payTo, payTo contract-or-wallet, OFAC SDN screen of payTo, resource-host mismatch, testnet-only, missing discovery metadata, and price above your max_usd.
